well today I ate all my needed fat but I still have 200 cals remaining what do i do

    Eat something low fat or fat free that has carbs and protein...protein shake and fruit, for example...

    It would be easier to give suggestions if you made your diary public so we can see what you have already had. :flowerforyou:
