Not feeling well...

I am not feeling very well today....getting a head cold and just generally starting to feel cruddy. I want to get in some kind of exercise as I have already had my day off from exercising. Anybody have any ideas that wouldn't be too strenuous..... something low key but helpful.

    Yoga or walking. Or laying on the couch trying to get at least 500 calories in a day (hello some kind of flu or flu-like bug).

  • I just finished battling my cold, so I know how you feel. Don't worry so much about missing a day or two of exercise, just take it easy and let your body heal. Drink lots of fluids and get as much sleep as you can! The longer you're sick, the more you won't be able to perform at your best.
