Hello all, just wanted to introduce myself and say I am looking forward to this journey while hopefully meeting supportive friends on the way. I have designated tomorrow as the official start day of my new lifestyle seeing as how it is also the first day of the Biggest loser contest at my place of employment (another incentive for me to lose weight). Wish me luck everyone and please help me stay encouraged. Well wishes to everyone.
