Is it okay to go over your daily protein? Started yesterday went over, and now today I have already posted for breakfast and lunch and only have 7 grams left for dinner and any snacks I have.

That's actually a good thing especially if it's lean protein. Honestly, I try to eat @ least half my body weight in protein.

Have posted brekkie & lunch & am already up to protein goal. Tuna steak for dinner will certainly send me over. I don't eat meat, but I eat a lot of fruit & fish. Have enough calories left for evening snack too

MFP has a low percentage of your diet coming from protein as it's default setting. Usually going over is no issue as 1g/kg of body weight is fairly good for most active people as a minimum. So your weight divided by 2.2 will give you your weight in kilograms and try to eat that much a day. Athletes, body builders, etc. will eat more than that low amount however.
