sharing my January challenge results:

Did JM DVD 4-5 days per week, walked every Saturday, abstained from alcohol and tracked my food, keeping calories under 1400 and eating back part or all of my exercise calories:
From January 3 to 31
... lost 11 pounds
Waist was 42 now 39 1/2
Belly/hips was 52 now 49 1/2
Thighs 26 now 25 1/2
Biceps 14 now 13 3/4 (firmer, yay!)
Under bust 38 now 37 3/4
Wow, that's 6.25 inches! (really?,did I do that right??? )

I still have a LONG WAY to go , but pretty proud of this!
Will be at my first mini goal in No time! :)
