Ok ive heard.all the rage now im wondering anyone have a yummy recipe for these with nutritional onfo ?

Spray a pan with non-stick olive oil spray, squirt some lemon juice and sprinkly southwest seasoning in there, put fish in pan, squirt some more lemon juice and southwest seasoning on top, and cook for a few minutes on medium heat, then turn it over and cook a few more minutes. Flake the fish and add to corn tortillas (healthiest if you heat them up in the microwave or oven so you don't add fat) with whatever toppings you want - I like guacamole and tomatoes on mine.0
