Hi- New to MFP

I just started using MFP this morning and think it is wonderful I have struggled with my weight for years and I am a 48 year old grandmother with two wonderful grandsons that I want to be able to keep up with. I know that I have a long way to go before I get to my goal weight at the moment my goal weight is 200 lbs but I would like to get down to 150.

    I love this tool !! It has really helped me hold myself accountable for what I am eating . It feels so good to know how many calories you are burning when you exercise to help those pounds melt away !! Good luck on your journey !!!

  • I am 5ft tall, have an initial goal of 200, but want to go to 150, and have 2 beautiful grandsons...I think we are twins from a different mother!:laugh:
  • I agree, what have you been doing to get the weight off and when did you start? I struggle so much with my weight there are times that I am not even hungry I just crave certain foods especially sweets that is my downfall.
