This was never my favorite until we picked it for our first dance at our wedding. :) I would have never thought of it, but when my husband mentioned it and I listened to the lyrics again, it's a really nice song. :)

Never Tear us Apart - INXS

    Also,
I Will Be Here - Steven Curtis Chapman
    The Rose - Bette Midler

Ann Murray -- May I Have This Dance (Was the bride and groom's first dance song at our wedding)

Eric Clapton -- You Look Wonderful Tonight

Kris Kristofferson -- Loving Her Was Easier

All the above are dedicated to my wife. The other song I think is an all-time love song is Me and Bobby McGee. For my Mom and Dad. Written by Kris Kristofferson. Sung by Janis. Puts a lump in my throat everytime I hear it. Holland asked me once why it bothered me so much. Tried to explain to her, but teared up. She thinks I'm retarded now. I was trying to explain about my parents. Once my father died, my mom kind of gave up. They were HS sweethearts. I tried to explain the part about "I'd give up all my tomorrows, for a single yesterday." But I couldn't get it out. Hell. It bothers me now.

You're going to think this is crazy, but I REALLY wanted to walk down the aisle to "I Wanna Grow Old With You" by Adam Sandler (remember that sweet song he sings on the plane in The Wedding Singer?) - my hubby wouldn't let me (went with At Last by Etta James), but we did have it as the song right after we said our vows.

I think I am probably the only chick who does not have one! I like my music to stimulate me, not make me cry.
