New Dietary Guidelines for Americans for 2011 from US Gov

The federal government unveiled new dietary guidelines Today that urge people to cut down on salt. People should also reduce their intake of calories from solid fats and added sugars and cut down on foods that contain refined grains, especially refined grain foods that contain solid fats, added sugars, and sodium, according to the guidelines.

    I totally agree! But not everyone has picked up on what we know...and hey I didn't know until recently.

    I also agree with teh eat more veggie statement.
