Fresh Fruit

I was amazed tonight at how filling fresh fruits are! I made myself a small fruit bowl consisting of 5 chopped strawberries and a half of a medium banana and for less than 90 cals, I am so full! I intended for it to be a snack before dinner, but there is no way I will be able to eat anymore!

    That's the beauty of fruit. Fills you up but you'll be hungry in a little bit once it passes lol :)

    That's awesome. I love strawberries, but not bananas so much. :) I love to mix sliced strawberries and kiwi together...their flavors really compliment each other!

    I have really been loving fresh blackberries lately. They are in my grocery store right now. They are great right out of the tub or made into a smoothy. I take a vanilla light and fit dannon yogurt, two cups of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk and a handful of fresh blackberries. Blend it all together and you have a yummy low cal smoothy. BTW it serves two and only 93 calories!

    I like to take my strawberries and banana, mix it with a little milk and a couple cubes of ice. Makes a wonderful smoothie.
