    Thur: 429 calories burned on crossramp elliptical
    Fri: 0
    Sat: 390 + 291 = 681 calories burned, 30 min treadmill run, 30 strength training
    Sun: 0
    Mon: 120 calories burned, 55 min Yoga
    Tues: 221 calories burned, 25 min kickboxing (will try another workout tonight...)

    It took me 10 days.... 3 days extra but I hit my GOAL of 3000 (just not in 7 days :) ) I will try again starting tomorrow. Thanks for posting this challenge. It really did keep me aware of doing my exercise.
