I've officially changed my mindset to now be successful at losing weight. I joined a few months ago, however, I never used the site, I will be using daily now as I am finally completely ready to make a change :-)

    Just joined today and pray I can use the sight everyday. I am carrying around a journal so I don't forget anything if I don't get on until evening. Good luck. I am in desperate need of a fresh start myself.

    Bravo, I started six months ago at 28. The only time it's too late to make a change for the better is when you've been put six feet under ground. Good luck to you!

    good for you im 31 also and i decied it was time for a change as well im tired of looking at family pictures and seeing a blob so here i am ready for the change
