Is anybody else on here as into raw food as I am? It's been scientifically proven that raw food digests more efficiently and that it preserves more nutrients within the item rather than cooking it. There is a great cookbook that I swear by called "Raw Food, Real World" by Sarma Mengailis(sp?) that I think everybody on this site should pick up and at least try one recipe from. The after-effect of eating any meal or drinking any health smoothie featured in this book is amazing - you feel a great natural energy buzz and your mood improves immediately! Try it out, guys! :)

... trying to change my way of eating ... baby steps. ;) can be hard between full time job, night school, and lots of driving.

very interested in raw food recipes, and simply eating more raw foods, but, I really struggled with fitting it in with my lifestyle. I did successfully switch to being vegan (6 months now) I loved the book I read by Victoria Boutenko, and there was a non-cookbook by Raw Rose which was also great.
