Hi everyone

Options
So although I've been using MFP for a little while, I haven't been doing it every single day but that is going to change and from now on I'm recording everything that I eat and all my exercise!

Any tips always much appreciated!

    I started off not using it 'properly' for the first week and then soon started to realised just how many calories I was consuming in a day..... :embarassed:

    I now use mfp every day and enjoy working out how many calories I have left and whether I can afford that treat tonight. It's great fun and soon becomes routine. Mind you, it helps that I have the app on my iPhone as that does make me more likely to use mfp.

    How are you going with it?
