I'm in Sheffield.
Been doing this for a couple of weeks now. Have long been a follower of Slimming World and while I can't knock it, there have been lots of changes and I just can't get on with it any more. I stopped following it in June last year. My main problem is exercise - or lack of it. I've never watched calories before so this is both new and enlightening to me!
