Time to set some new goals!!! Yeah, I always get excited about this part because it forces me to accomplish something
My goals for this week are:
Not 1 cheat this week!
Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
Drink at least 10 cups of water a day
Do my 30 minute "Extreme Abs"" video 4 times this week in addition to my other 30 minute workout!

1. Drink at least 72 ounces of water a day.

My goals for this week:
keep working out every day & drinking 8 cups of water (continued from last week)
cut down on sugar & sodium. They aren't horrible, but I do go over on these often.

Hey guys! My goals this week are as follows, ( I started yesterday)
1- On Mondays/Thursdays get TWO workouts in...Taking Zumba && Cardio Sculpt both those days (the other 3-4 days are normal plus last weeks goal)
2 -Increase my water to 10 cups a day ( adding 2 more cups daily)
3 - Start praising myself for the job well done, and sticking to it!0 -

Goals for week 2
1. Just keep drinking (at least 1 bottle of water for every meal & one for every workout)
2. No sweets this week! Last week I had a birthday and I always have a donut at church on sunday morning - not this week!
3. Workout at least 45min a day 5 days a week.
4. Lose 3 lbs by next checkin!0 -
My Goals are to keep drinking more and more water already drink 50 + per day try to increase my time on the stationary bike to 45 minutes per day even if it is a little extra here and there and see that scale drop every week also going to start doing Zumba once a week with my daughter Good Luck Everyone :happy:0

My goals for this week is to ensure I am drinking the daily recommended amount of water.
Also to drink as little alcohol as possible (this is one of my downfalls). Will be drinking saturday night but gonna attempt to not drink any other days.
Need to push harder with my exercise, the weight it getting harder to shift now.

Okay, goal time....
This week I'm going to work out with my trainer Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Monday's done
Walk at least one mile or ride my bike at least two miles on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Drink at least 64 oz of water a day
No Starbucks before work.
My reward will be a grande non-fat white chocolate mocha with no whip on Sunday before church.0 -

30 mins of exercise every day
NO ALCOHOL this weekend
To drink 10 glasses of water everyday
To not go over calories for even one day - if I want more, I must earn them!!!!!!0 -

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Be at or under my calorie goal for the week0 -

-drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water!!! (only had one good day with this last week. Need to make it happen this week)

-NO diet soda!!!
