:happy: Im new to Fitness Pal as of today! So far it seems like a great way to track your progress. I needed some info on calories per day and Fitness Pal helped me. Im so excited to continue using this program and hope that it helps me stay on track and lose this UNWANTED weight :frown:

I have a question that Id love some input on.....I am seeing some great numbers on here that people have lost! Are you just using this program as far as calorie counting and doing exercise?? Im a newbie and REALLY want to drop weight and I just want to make sure if I rely solely on calorie counting and exercise that its gonna work!!!0
