Hello everybody,
Day one for me. I live a mostly active and healthy lifestyle, but I thought some tweaking would be good for me. Losing 10 pounds is my goal. I like the structure of a food journal and feel that it really keeps me in line. And reading all your postings has really motivated me. Wish me luck!!!!
