How do I find a good licenced trainer?? affordable costs??

Hello MFP Peeps,
I am looking for some advice. I may need a trainer down the road 2-3 days a week.
what do I look for?? Cost is an issue for me as I cannot afford it now but I am hoping to in the next couple of months.
Please advise what to look for? or any general advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Do you have a skill you can "swap"? I'm a licensed massage therapist, and I barter services from time to time. Even for things like house cleaning, haircuts...stuff like that. Should look into it.
