Hi Everyone,
I just found this site and I am very excited. My goal is 33bs by the new year. I just weighed myself this morning. 193. I am shooting for 160 which is a good weight for me. I am walking 4 days a week 45min to 1 hour depending on my time in the morning. I am going to follow 1200 calorie low carb diet. Wish me luck.
