Temptations, that way lies hell right? LOL Unfortunately for me mine own temptation lies in my own cooking haha. Impressive loss .0 -
Wow! Well done, 50lbs is an amazing achievement x0

Very impressive indeed. 50 lbs is tough in 22 weeks. I made 40 lbs in that time when I could afford Weight Watcher's meetings tried it on my own but nothing like the motivation of having to weigh-in in front of someone else. Such will power to avoid the yummy food at social gatherings like that. Well Done!0

Mmmm, I now have a tin of Baxters Broccoli and Stilton (with streaky bacon bits) in my cupboard... looking forward to having it for lunch today, it's surprisingly low cal, but I always forget there's only really a tiny amount of cheese in it :-)0

Thanks very much everyone
In response to the above, I always try to make sure I'm under my calorie and saturated fat daily allowances, hit (or slightly exceed) my carb and protein allowances, and exceed the daily fibre amount. I play football once a week and go to the gym 2-3 times a week. I always try to eat my exercise calories. I've also been trying to lower my salt intake and increase the amount of water I drink0 -
great job on the 50 lb loss!!!0
