I try and make good food choices, yet I ALWAYS go over on fat and protein. I thought I was doing good today being at the gym for over an hour but I guess not . Anyone else have the same problem?

Going over on your protein isn't going to hurt you. Whatever your body doesn't need will leave through your urine. As for fats, just try to get more fats from plants (avocados, coconut oil, etc). And you also have your Omega 3's, which are good (fish).
I have a sodium issue. My schedule is so crazy, that I usually opt for a lean cuisine or something similar once a day. But I'm getting better! At least we're paying attention -right? Good luck!0 -
Yeah... I guess if I charted a day I would have normally had before trying to watch things it would be very scary. lol. Hopefully soon I will be seeing results! Weigh in on Friday... scary0

Fat, protein and fiber are what keep me satisfied so I don't worry about this at all.

I was over in sodium regularly too, so I started cooking extra at dinner time then take a smaller portion for lunch.. has helped me tons!
I am always over in fiber, protein and sugar (I love yogurt and fruit) but I stay under in fats and carbs... in the end I really do not worry about it as long as I am under calories and working out I think I will find a balance.0
