I'm kind of new to the site. I've been using the fitness pal app on my phone and love it. I hope this will be my year to get the weight off. :) I was just reading through some of the other topic that people posted and was inspired. I wish everyone luck through their weight loss journey.

    My best advice is to log your food, even if you didn't make great choices.
    I fall off the wagon and don't log food and then I feel bad.

    I am sure you can do it! I am starting me second week of exercising and eating right. I have lost 3 pounds so far, and if I can do it I know you can too! Good luck to you!
