Hello everyone, I am new to this. Does anyone know how much extra calaries you get for breast feeding and if there is a place to add that to your profile?

Generally you need to consume an extra 300-500 calories per day if you're nursing.
Honestly, I wouldn't log it at all as 'exercise', but that's just me.
Here's a good factsheet:

breast feeding, yummy!
Honestly, I have a few friends on MFP that logs it as an exercise, and they generally burn 500 calories a day.0 -
When you go to look for foods type in nursing. Depending on how often you nurse make your choice there and it will log as negative calories.0
