AFTER A TOUGH SUMMER....

I've managed to gain every single ounce back that I've lost. I was down 22 lbs and it is ALLLLLLLL right back on.
I strayed from MFP after summer got into full swing....how was I going to count every single beer or drink that I had?
I did well for a few weeks without the help of MFP, but it was alllll down hill from there. Recently, I've started to feel terrible after I eat. I decided enough was enough and I came back to my trusty site!
I'm focusing more this time on keeping active and exercising more, instead of the food. Of course I will eat better too, but I feel that if I focus more on staying active that it will all fall into place from there.
I have a trip planned to Cedar Point (a killer amusement park in Ohio) next July and I am determined to fit in every single rollercoaster seat (and some of them can get quite snug!). I am also DONE putting off skydiving with my dad because of my weight (you need to be under 240 to jump). I WILL be doing that next summer with my dad as well. I need to lose 116 pounds and I WILL do this.
I hate to sound needy, but as much encouragment I can get from you guys on a daily basis is and will be truly and greatly appreciated.
Here I go again......

I've managed to keep myself on an even keel through the summer and intermittently tracked my eating and exercise on MFP so I'm luckier than you. Like you I've started back into the site full swing again to move closer to my goals.
I do know the temptation to let yourself go when around friends and the old life styles so maybe you should reach out to someone close to you as well and ask them for help in warning you off the 2nd keg of beer
Keep posting and talking we're here to help where we can.0 -
