My name is Andy and i'm from Bristol, England. I started dieting just after the new year when I weighed nearly 200 pounds. I've got down to the high 180's now and really like the Iphone app to help keep me on track. I plan on getting down to around 170 pounds or 12 stone.

I exercise a fair amount, mainly to get fitter for races that I'll be doing but also so I can eat more! Seems to be working well so far.
