Hello fello fitness pals. I am new here as of today and I am trying to get back in shape and lose some extra pounds. I am walking in the Breast Cancer 2 Day in September and need to desperately get into shape for it. My goal is to lose at least 30 pounds and build up some indurance for the long distance walking that I have ahead of me. Looking forward to making some new friends along the way!
