Sadly, I'm not as healthy as you, but if I start using My Fitness Pal instead of going it alone, I will become like you.
Look down, back up, where am I? I'm on a website with the people I can diet to be like!
What's in your hand? Back at me. I have it - it's a website with tickets to a slimmer me!
Look again - the tickets are now diamonds!
Anything's possible when you use My Fitness Pal and not go it alone.
I'm on a diet.

Yes, that play on the famous Old Spice commercial did take me about 15 mins, but I feel so great about this site, I really wanted to do it, haha! My name's HayleyFace, and I'm 21 years old. I'm at University studying Mental Health and Counselling, and I live in Scotland. I really want to lose weight.
Two years ago I was very slender, a UK 10 on the top and a 12 on the bottom. I always wanted to be a 10 on the bottom too but could never get there because my hips just aren't that small, bone wise. Now I see that I took my weight for granted.
I was put on medication for a certain condition, and I just got bigger and bigger from then on. I now hate the sight of myself. I really, really miss the old me, and I want to see her again. So I've joined MFP to keep tabs on my food and exercise. Two weeks ago I joined a gym, and have been taking that slowly but seriously since. I've been 3 times this week already, an hour a day.
I'm hoping to be a size 12 soon, so I'll be trying to use MFP every day. I made my diary public incase anyone wants to take a peek.

Hello HayleyFace, and welcome to MFP. Most of us have been where you are - not liking who we see in the mirror. You are, however, taking the right steps to fix that and that is great. Hi Hayley! It's a great idea to make your diary public, it really makes you think about biscuit number 3 if you're going to have to log it for the world to see. I'll send a friend request in a minute, and if you want to accept it you'll be able to see mine too... definitely better than going it alone.
