Hey everyone.. I'm new. (kinda) I've had an account since last year but I just started using it recently. I'm really excited to get started.. but i don't want to lose too much. I wanna lose about 5 pounds but lose a lot of fat and get rid of those flabs. :) Hopefully ready by bikini season!

    Hi! I am new too. Never really been big into logging and tracking my food and exercise. I've tried before and it never last long! I am hoping I can do this consistently for awhile so that I form new, better habits and can live a healthier lifestyle naturally. I am on day 3 and so far so good! :)
