Thought I'd share my before and after pics with you. I have battled my weight since I was ten and finally started beating it two years ago. Still have about 50 or 60 pounds to lose...
This is me in March 2009 at 412lbs...

lol, youre funny. you have to have an online photo album - i use photobucket. its free. once you upload the pics, you copy and paste the IMG code into the thread. and make sure to change the IMG to img. hope i helped! :flowerforyou:0

Okay, Im not that gifted when it comes to technology! So, I just added a before pic to my profile....The before pic is of me in a green shirt, March 2009, 412 lbs, size 28.
The main profile pic is me now, taken last week when I fit into a size 12 for the first time ever! 236lbs.
