mc donalds salad

Does anyone know about mc donalds salads...how many serving are actually in one salad...just checking to see if i did this right! Premium Caesar Salad with Crispy Chicken is what i had without the dressing and eat the whole salad which was not that large of a salad! So hard to belive that it is that many calories!
Just checking so i know i have my information figured out right!

Check their web site (McDonald's). BTW fast food industry likes to make you think you are eating low calorie because it helps them sell food.

McDonalds has a great website that details all their nutritional values. You choose what you want and put it on a virtual tray and it shows the calories. I use it when I go to McD's to pre-plan what I will order so I know I'm within the calories I want.

I don't eat mcdonalds because IMO its poison but grilled is always better than breaded for chicken.

I love the South West Salads and I get it with the Grilled Chicken. They are 320 calories. I don't use dressing but I just squirt in the lime juice and that does me just fine. I don't know about the other salads though.

The Mcdonald's website says a serving is 330 cals. It doesn't say that one salad is more than one serving so this is the number I'd go with, and not the 990 MFP gives you.

Don't forget the crispy chicken is also deep fried in hot oil!! So that oil will add a lot of calories to that salad.
