    Congratulations that is wonderful! I began at the same weight so its great to have someone that weighed as much as you did and see the difference. I've lost 11 pounds and I began January 5, 2011 your a great inspiration!

    BTW: Your before isn't 'yuck'. Give that girl a mental hug every time you see a picture of her. If she's anything like my 'before', she's very sad and could have used it.
