What a day! Today is the first day that coworkers have been saying how much they are noticing my weight loss.
IT FEELS SOOOOO GOOD!! I know its only 13lbs since I started a month ago but its such a wonderful feeling to have people come up to me and tell me how good I am looking, I am even starting to feel it to.

    That's great, good for you!!!

    I was almost too my goal weight before my co-workers said anything. Bunch of oblivious so-an-so's!
