So I haven't lost a ton of weight yet... and my body doesn't look a whole heck of a lot different yet but there are some amazing things happening to me.

The most recent excitement that I had is that I can now:

!!!touch my toes without bending my knees!!!

Seriously. I am so excited I have never been flexible. NEVER. I think its awesome

I haven't reached that yet, but while doing the yoga pose, sun salutation, I almost can. Much better than barely being able to reach the middle of my shins. :)

  • My NSV is I was able to up the resistance on the bike last week and it is not like killing me. I was really proud and excited, because I have always been pretty cardio heavy but majorly lack on strength. Great job with your flexibility!

14 pounds is an achievement too! But congrats on touching your toes - flexibility is so important. Just curious, how tall are you? My starting weight was similar but my goal is 130. I am about 5' 6.5"
