I've actually been here for a few days, but never introduced myself. I'm doing this along with my wife who has become a real bulldog, and focused on making this happen. We are both eating fewer calories, and preparing for a 5k in April. I've been a weightlifter for 20 years, but never tried te slim down process. I've competed in powerlifting for years, and it’s time to worry more about my health than how much weight a I'm able to move. I lost 10lbs before I started on this site, and hope to add to that total every single week........:smokin: :bigsmile:

    Welcome to a great support system. This is just so awesome. Whenever you find yourself sinking just start reading some stories on here and you'll find it's a real picker-upper.Good luck in losing.
