Vitamin D enriched foods

anyone know any foods that are loaded with vitamin D because I have a serious vitamin D deficiency.

    egg yolks,
    whole milk,
    sardines..

    Milk, eggs and take a Vitamin D supplement everyday. Also Go out in the sun for 15-20 min...... or sit next to your window with the sun shinning in.

    15 min in the sun without sunscreen is not enough during the winter time. I have not even seen the sun in over 3 weeks.
    Take a vitamin D3 supplement. It's inexpensive and very easy. I take about 2000 units every day. My dose is very conservative. You can probably go higher.
    Have yout Vit D levels checked again in May and then decide whether to continue or not.
