I join myfitnesspal so it will help me track, motivate, get advice and basically wanted to be tone and healthy. I know everyone is heading it that direction, so here I am going same direction as everyone else.
I am an auditor who travels a lot, eat a lot and sits a lot. Since my days and weeks varies, I have no routine, nor healthy choices since I love to eat. As I am getting older, I realized that I am a little heavier, and I don't want to buy a new set of wardrobe, since I have spend so much money on my wardrobe. I am currently 130, and wanted to atleast be toned, fit, and healthy. So please, if you have any advice, let me know. :)
