As for what did I do I actually began just watching what I ate with very little to no excersise then just about a month a go I began doing Zumba on the WII. I do plan on losing more I would be ecstatic if I could loose 12 more lbs but I would be okay if I only lose 7.
Morganadk2- My birthday is the 10th of this month so I am very happy I was able to loose the lbs I originaly set goal to!0 -
