hey there! my name is susie and i'm 26. i travel a lot for work (92 days last year were spent on the road) and often get caught up in the airport food, the elaborate work dinners and not having time to go to the gym. i used to be very conscious of what i ate and would go to the gym once a day, my exboyfriend was a personal trainer and we both were each others support. ever since i started my career, i've gained about 15 pounds. my goal is to lose 15 lbs - i have no set timeline but preferably before the summer. i'm absolutely in love with cooking and trying to find the balance between gourmet meals and low calories. i travel to lots of different countries for work (and pleasure) and i am always on the hunt for new food. anyway...i'm always willing to help someone out who needs support!! i have extensive knowledge in weight training and cooking so if you need anything, drop a line!
