I still cannot believe how much different I look just by losing 37 lbs! I still need to lose 55 lbs to reach my ultimate goal of 145 lbs :) Couldnt figure out how to show pics on here so have to click the links!

    thanks! :) still very hard to keep motivated. should have been lose more but keep overindulging..grrr. I want to be at least 180 lbs by Christmas!

    I actually have not take measurements and stuff. People tell me they cannot believe I am 200 lbs, they say i look way less than that. But alas the scale does not lie

    I have also lost the same amount as you and seem to have hit a comfortable patch...I'm not gaining at the mo, but finding it tricky to be as strict as I used to be.. I think it may be healthy to have a little time off, but make sure you get back on the wagon soon.

    The difference is amazing..you should be feeling extra proud x

    You have made a definite difference - you look great and should be really proud of yourself. Do yourself a favor and take your measurements! There will be times when you stall on the scale - but you'll see a reduction in your measurement numbers! I'm looking forward to a lose in the 30's - Keep up the great work!
