This is my first day

Hi everyone, I guess we all have at least one thing in common and that is we all belong to My Fitness Pal. Hopefully this will give me the kick I need to loose a few pounds and leap into Spring feeling healthy and energized and then into summer feeling slim and trim. I am excited to meet others of the same mindset.

  • keep on going. try little steps to start with, eat when your hungry and have something as your goal. my goal is to be able to fit into a couple of shirts that my teenage sons have got their eye's on in my wardrobe. good luck, you can do it.
