lift weights for???
im just starting out and using 2 1kg's i just wanna know how long i should be working out for on my arms per workout.
i alternate between arms so im only using one at a time.

On each arm you should lift until you are unable to complete another rep with good form. this may only be 4 reps or as high as 15. If you are getting past 15 you should increase the weight.0

It's really up to you, and how much you can lift. When I started out back on Dec 6 2010. I only did 5lbs each arm, I couldn't lift 10lbs off the floor, I managed with the 8lbs on each arm and was determined to get to 10lbs. I just started with 10lbs this past Monday...
Depends on what workout your doin' with your arms too. I'm doin' Power90, and it seems to be workin'
