Hi everyone, I guess we all have at least one thing in common and that is we all belong to My Fitness Pal. Hopefully this will give me the kick I need to loose a few pounds and leap into Spring feeling healthy and energized and then into summer feeling slim and trim. I am excited to meet others of the same mindset.

keep on going. try little steps to start with, eat when your hungry and have something as your goal. my goal is to be able to fit into a couple of shirts that my teenage sons have got their eye's on in my wardrobe. good luck, you can do it.0
