still trying to gain more friends on here :) just would like the support and encouragement and see what things i can do to help myself from looking at what else everyone does. i'll be here for support and encouragement for you all as well :)

    Hey, you can add me! I too spend a lot of time checking out other people's success stories, but have yet to post any before pics, or really post much about myself at all. I could use more friends and encouragement! I think we all can....

    Hi! Good luck on your journey! I have been on MFP since Jauary 1st and have lost a total of 10 pounds. Logging calories has been a eye-opening experience and makes me more accountable to what I put in my mouth! Also, exercise is HUGE! I began zumba twice a week and my husband and I joined a gym.
