SALT!!!! Thank you

Hello,

I am new to this site and I am finally serious about my weight and wanting to make a change. Yesterday someone said in one of these blogs that she adjusted her report to show her the amount of salt she was taking in with each meal. Being new I did not know that was possible. I just want to say if she ever reads this THANK YOU! The amount of sodium i was taking in was RIDICULOUS and now I am much more aware of what I take in. Thanks

    yes i know!! just two days ago I went over my sodium about 1200 mg..

    Sodium is tracked by DEFAULT on page two of your diary. (The Printable Version)

    Just so you know....then you can use that column for tracking something else on page one if you want.
