    You don't need it, but if it will make you feel less aware of your lower abdomen I highly recommend the Torsette:

    I wear these with all dresses that are fitted below my waist to ensure the pouch is in check. I probably don't need the Torsette, either, but if I feel more confident wearing it, that's all that matters :)

    thanks charmagne...problem is, my problem is just below where that thing ends.....mine is completely lower tummy pooch....i'm working on it...but when i'm where i want to be, i'm seriously considering getting a tummy tuck...i had it before kids but it's even worse after the 2 i had.....
