it is so far, the hardest part is keeping calories at the goal for me so i walk to dog more to comphinsate for th extra calories. my mom and my step dad are on here and they are loosing weight like crazy! stick to it and check in every day. only weigh your self once at week at most. good luck and make online friends for support. we are all here for the same thing and people here dont judge.:flowerforyou:0
