What is the 'Quick trouble zone?'

I'm doing the 30 day slim down and tomorrow I'm suppose to do the Quick trouble zone. What is that? Is that in the No more trouble zone DVD?

Help please!

    It's the NMTZ dvd but without the floor work. So, anything that has you on the floor (ab work or anything similar) you omit.

    Ohhhhh, thanks! So it will still take 56 minutes and I just stand there during the floor workouts?? Yikes...that's gonna mess with my heart rate monitor...I quite like the floor workouts...
