Hi everyone how are you all my name is Danielle Im new to this also i just started yesturday on here im trying to lose some weight im new to this hole diet thing so hopeing i can lose alot and im also getting married this summer so i cant wait to get started i want this soo bad so cant wait to meet new ppl and talk

    Try to think of this not as a diet but i life style change. learn it, and live it. deit means that there will come a time you will be able to stop and return to your old ways. and we all know where that took us. hope this helps and feel free to add me as a freind we all can use the help.
