I am so excited to finally find a site that's "real". Im hoping to stay encouraged and finally get this weight off for good!

    This is such a great site! Between my phone and the computer I have no excuse not to track and be reminded of what I need to do. Welcome! I am working to lose it for good as well and with this tool, so far so good!

    Welcome...this site is great and everyone has been so encouraging.
    Keep a positive attitude and you can do anything. Just remember we are all on the same struggle as you, so look for support when your down.
